The new Engage program, supported by Sport England, has been introduced by University of Nottingham Sport to widen the sporting opportunities available to students. The University of Nottingham offers weekly Beginner and Social sessions in more than 20 different sports, so there’s something for everyone!
We will run our Engage session every Tuesday from 6:00pm till 7:30pm in the David Ross Sports Village.
No sports membership is required (although if you do then you won’t have to pay the £3 per session fee) and all abilities are very welcome – there are no trials or set teams. The Engage sessions are designed with busy students in mind so it is not a problem at all if you can’t attend the session every week! However, as always, the more you put into something, the more you will get out of it. By attending more sessions, you are bound to feel the difference to both your health and your skills! 🙂
